Flat $15 tracked courier anywhere in New Zealand, however much you order. There is no free-shipping threshold and no rural surcharge.

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Most urban addresses arrive the next business day; rural and South Island addresses can take an extra day.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is picked up.

Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days in its original condition and packaging and we'll refund the product total. Return postage is on you unless the item is faulty.

Every KORD product is covered for five years from the date of purchase. If it fails in normal use, we replace it — no repair queue, no bench fees.

Damage from misuse, liquid or modification isn't covered. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are unaffected.
